As the Director of Operations, Kathy is responsible for managing office workflow, compliance, policy, procedures, and analytics. Her background and expertise as a highly successful business owner, corporate spokeswoman, and national account manager for a Fortune 100 company, brings decades of experience to the team. Kathy has worked in healthcare, corporate management, private practice, and consulting. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a degree in Dietetics, and qualified for the fast-track program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus; earning a BSN in Nursing. In her spare time, she enjoys creating and improving filing systems, as well as playing the ukulele and piano, and traveling with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Fun fact: Kathy’s mother was the head violinist for renowned American conductor, Arthur Fielder, and the Boston Pops.  Her violin was passed on to her daughter, Kathy, and eventually to granddaughter, Kristin Kelly.
